Triple Point Social Housing has completed the acquisition of 70 homes across 16 properties for £9.6m.
The properties are located in the West Midlands (64 units), the East of England (4) and Yorkshire (2).
It has entered into new FRI leases with specialist care providers and housing associations for the 16 properties, including Blue Square Residential, Inclusion Housing, Keys Group and Sandwell Community Caring Trust.
