Healthcare company Polar Speed has taken up 100,529 sq ft of industrial space at IM Properties’s The Hub for its new Midlands warehouse and transport base.
The industrial letting, said to be the largest of its kind since lockdown began, will see Polar Speed take up a 15-year lease and join existing tenants Argos, TNT and Kitchencraft at the 300,000 sq ft The Hub development.
Richard Sykes, development manager for IM Properties, said: “The new hub provides final mile delivery solutions for Polar Speed’s customers, less than three miles north of Birmingham city centre. It is about as prime as you can get.”
