Chris Lewis to boost Colliers in the South East

Chris Lewis is leaving Cushman & Wakefield to join Colliers International’s national capital markets team as a director and head of South East office investment. [caption id="attachment_1046083" align="alignright" width="200"] Chris Lewis[/caption] He will focus on acquisitions and disposals around the Thames Valley and Greater London, including development projects, for the firm when he joins at the end of the year. Lewis spent 15 years at C&W, most recently as a partner in its investment team. Before joining C&W in 2005 he spent nearly six years at Brown Cooper Marples. John Knowles, head of national capital markets at Colliers, said: “The addition of Chris to our team will enable us to build on the strong presence we already have in the South East market, shaping our strategy and building new and existing client relationships.
