Tritax Big Box REIT has prelet a 2.3m sq ft logistics hub at its Littlebrook development in Dartford, Kent.
The prelet has been agreed with a “world-leading online retailer”, rumoured to be Amazon.
Alongside development partner Bericote Properties, planning permission has been secured for the prelet development which is expected to complete in summer 2021. It will cost £205m to deliver.
