Secure Income’s management tops up stakes
Secure Income REIT’s management and board members have bolstered their company holdings by collectively purchasing £250,000 of stock.
The team collectively bought 100,000 shares priced at 250p each. Its total holding now stands at 40,045,583 shares, up from 39,961,546.
The move marks a display of confidence in the company, as real estate stocks continue to trade down.

Prestbury Incentives, which bought the shares, is owned by the REIT’s management team – Nick Leslau, Mike Brown, Sandy Gumm, Tim Evans and Ben Walford.
Chairman Martin Moore and independent directors Leslie Ferrar and Ian Marcus also bought shares on the same terms.
