Plans designed by architect Marchese Partners also include a restaurant, bar, library and craft room.
Guild Living is also developing a former Homebase store in Bath, redeveloping unused NHS buildings into a mixed-use retirement scheme in Epsom, with further developments in the pipeline.
Guild Living founder Eugene Marchese said: “Our philosophy is that having centrally-located housing, which blends community facilities with care, means residents can stay active and healthy for longer.”
