Benjamin Davis, chief executive at Octopus Real Estate, said: “Chris will add further strength to our market-leading care homes team as we continue to grow the portfolio, and strive to enhance our offering to both investors and operators in a market that remains undersupplied.”
Wishart said: “Beyond building a high-quality portfolio of care homes, Octopus’s reputation as a responsible landlord, committed to ensuring its homes are operated to the highest standards, is something that really stands out for me.”
