Berkeley Square office block revamp gets green light
Astrea Asset Management has secured a resolution to grant planning consent for the redevelopment of 36-38 Berkeley Square, W1, from Westminster City Council.
Designed by Piercy & Company, the scheme will deliver 85,000 sq ft of office space within a nine-storey building.
It will also include 9,000 sq ft of retail space across the ground and lower ground floors, and 7,000 sq ft of terraces.

Construction is expected to begin next year with completion due in early 2024.

Colliers and Bluebook London are the agents for the office space, and Hanover Green is the agent for the retail space.
