Madison International Realty has become the latest property investor to sign up to the United Nations’ Principles of Responsible Investment, a network of investors committed to addressing environmental, social and governance issues.
“As the real estate industry strives to achieve greater sustainability, Madison’s philosophy involves working in tandem with owners and sponsors as an investment partner,” said Ronald M Dickerman, the real estate private equity firm’s founder and president.
The firm recently appointed Diana Shieh and Michael Siefert as US and European co-chairs of its ESG committee, leading initiatives globally across the firm.
