15 Berkeley Street is arranged over ground and first floors, with a double-height glazed frontage.
Knight Frank, which advised LRC on the letting, said it secured the lease at a “record rent for Mayfair” after a competitive bidding process.
Josh Braid, partner in Knight Frank’s central London team, said: “After a global search for this renowned flagship, we were impressed with Il Borro’s culture, creativity and attention to detail, making this combination a truly exciting prospect for London’s fine dining scene.”
Dean Gambles & Co acted for Il Borro.
