“On behalf of the WPA board and all our members, we would also like to thank Craig McWilliam for his significant contribution during his tenure as chair. He has left the organisation well placed to meet the challenges going forward.”
Williams added: “We are grateful to Olivia for agreeing to chair the organisation. The WPA’s new leadership team will do its utmost to support the excellent work of the WPA representing London’s property industry.”
Charles Begley, executive director of the WPA, said: “Olivia has contributed significantly to the WPA’s residential expertise and played a leading role in our policy development, complementing the organisation’s deeply embedded commercial knowledge.
“She is ideally placed to help navigate our work over the course of what will be an important year for Westminster’s property industry. We look forward to working with the new leader of Westminster City Council, with our own new and strong leadership team.”
