Kensington and Chelsea’s planning committee has approved plans from Beaumont Properties for a new hotel on the site of a car park in Knightsbridge.
Located at 20-28 Pavilion Road, SW1, the scheme will replace the 1960s multi-storey car park with a 120-bedroom hotel.
It will also house a 11,840 sq ft health club and 4,736 sq ft restaurant.
