THB Group completes prelet at 22 Bishopsgate
Insurer THB Group has signed a 15-year lease with AXA Investment Managers Real Assets for space at 22 Bishopsgate, EC2.
The firm, owned by insurance wholesaler AmWINS, will occupy 37,000 sq ft across floors 16 and 17 from late 2020.
The deal takes the total prelet space at the skyscraper, including expansion options, to around 800,000 sq ft.
