Ballymore gets green light for Nine Elms EG:HQ
Ballymore has been granted planning consent for its 13-storey office dubbed EG:HQ at the heart of its Embassy Gardens development in Nine Elms.
The development provides 217.000 sq ft of space, with a 9,000 sq ft communal terrace.
Ballymore submitted the plans designed by architects Morris+Company to Wandsworth Council in July this year. The scheme is expected to complete in 2022.

“It’s set to be a great addition to London, and will attract some of the most exciting businesses to join our community at Embassy Gardens.”
The Embassy Gardens project will see the creation of nearly 2,000 new homes and 130,000 sq ft of shopping space, as well as under construction office building One Embassy Gardens, which is already pre-let to Penguin Random House UK and DK Publishing.
