GCW to advise Links of London administrator
GCW has been drafted in to advise Deloitte on property matters relating to troubled jewellery firm Folli Follie and its Links of London chain.
It will advise Deloitte on the disposal of 32 leaseholds, comprising 28 Links of London stores and four Folli Follie shops across the UK and Ireland. Folli Follie’s shops on Regent Street and Oxford Street do not form part of this process.
Occupier types that have so far expressed interest in the locations include food and beverage operators, phone shops and cafés.

Links of London collapsed into administration on 8 October. Last week it launched closing down sales.
Earlier this month the administrators said the brand’s directors had “no choice” but to place the business into administration “in light of ongoing cash flow pressures”.
