Unissu targets global growth after M7 investment

Proptech marketplace Unissu.com has raised $800,000 (£622,000) of investment led by M7 Real Estate. Other backers include Harry Hill, founder of Rightmove, the Central Europe-based Property Forum, Asia PropTech and Robert Gilchrist, former chief executive of Rockspring. Richard Croft, executive chairman of M7, has also joined Unissu’s board of directors. Unissu provides a free online platform that allows real estate firms to fully understand the types of technologies they require and matches them with suitable and trusted vendors. The firm’s client list includes Keppel Land, Aviva and Generali. This latest round of funding will be used to further scale the platform’s global procurement tool.
