Knight Frank secures top spot in Steel City’s Radius battle
Knight Frank has reclaimed first place on Radius Data Exchange’s Sheffield office agency ranking as conditions in the Steel City become increasingly testing.
It was dislodged from the top of the table for the first time last year by regional specialist Commercial Property Partners.
The national agency was the only agent to break the 100,000 sq ft barrier in the past 12 months.

The national agency was the only agent to break the 100,000 sq ft barrier in the past 12 months.
CPP and relative newcomer Colloco finished in second and third places respectively, after which the rest of the market was left trailing.
Although there was a small increase in the number of deals completed over the 12 months, the total amount of transacted space was down by 55,000 sq ft on last year, meaning the average deal size dropped by almost a quarter.
Economic uncertainty and the dwindling availability of quality space in the city have been cited as the main reasons for the decline in numbers.
