Benson Elliot signs Sports Direct’s Frasers concept for Wolverhampton store
Private equity real estate manager Benson Elliot has secured Mike Ashley’s multi-brand Frasers concept as a new tenant at the Mander Centre in Wolverhampton.
The 94,000 sq ft shop, which will contain the Frasers, Flannels, Sports Direct & USC brands, will replace existing tenant Debenhams.
Michael Murray, head of elevation at Sports Direct International, said it will bring the “new elevated multi-brand concept to the Mander Centre in 2020”.
